Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Wednesday, December 15th. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. You can use the RSVP tab on the home page or in the menu to indicate your attendance.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15-20 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of the cocktail hour at the reception venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! The attire is strictly enforced all-black formal attire. Ladies can wear black floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit or a black shirt and slacks. No jeans or trainers, please.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We are asking that our guests wear all-black attire. Please do not wear white, ivory, cream, or a similar shade or any other colors.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration with the exception of those in the bridal party. We encourage you to use this as a "night out" for yourself.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate those who were formally invited. If you have a plus one, their name will be displayed on your invitation and will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I record or take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

While we greatly appreciate your excitement to capture our union and truly value your presence on our big day; we have decided to have an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. However, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, after the ceremony.

Is the ceremony and the reception at the same place?

Answer

No, the ceremony will take place at Greater Barbour's Chapel Baptist Church and the reception will be at The Grand Galvez Hotel. Please plan to have transportation to and from both locations.

I'm coming from out of town. How do I book my travel and stay?

Answer

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, we are registered with Zola, Crate & Barrel, Amazon, and Target. We have also created a honeymoon fund through Zola. Please visit the Registry tab to learn more.
