Please remember to bring your vaccination card while traveling to and around the city. And please bring your vaccine card to the Welcome Drinks and Ceremony as they will be checked upon arrival.
For the safety of all attending, we ask that you take every precaution available and that you get a Covid test, Rapid and PCR. The Delta Variant has thrown us all another curve ball that we have to be careful with. Please contact us and let us know how you're currently doing and when you're expecting your results. We will stay in touch as the day comes near. If you're already in NYC, we ask that you get a Rapid & PCR test as soon as possible and an additional Rapid Test within 6 hours of the wedding. Please see the Travel & Accommodations link for near by testing locations. Testing is free with provided insurance information. You can also request a Rapid PCR for a fee at many locations now.
Please see our "Travel, Accommodations & Testing" Link in the Menu bar for a list of testing locations in Williamsburg and throughout the city.
We have decided to require all our guests to be vaccinated and our venue, 74Wythe, is requiring all guests to follow NYC guidelines before entering the premises. They will have a list at the door for contact tracing, security will be taking temperatures at the door and it is required to show proof of vaccination in one of the following forms to security upon arrival: • A vaccine card or copy (must be at least 14 days after your second dose or 14 days after the j&j shot) • A photo of the front and back of your vaccination card • An Excelsior pass on your mobil device If you have any questions at all please email events@74wythe.com
Per CDC guidelines, it is recommended that "you get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you are eligible." (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/safety-of-vaccines.html) For the health and safety of our loved ones, we're asking the same. By protecting yourself, you're protecting everyone else around you. We realize certain health issues and circumstances can complicate getting the vaccine and ask that you speak with us ahead of time to talk it over. If it is your choice to not be vaccinated, we understand your hesitancy; but we ask that for our comfort and the safety of all that you respectfully decline. We have elderly guests and guests with health issues that cannot be put at risk.
Yes, we are having an Adults Only Wedding. We realize it requires extra logistics for some, but we'd rather have the parents get loose and enjoy the party with us.
We don't like saying it out loud, but unfortunately there is a possibility this could be a real limitation. If that is the case, we will have to decrease our guest list and will notify everyone of the update as soon as possible. We'll also contact guests individually.
This past year has given us all a decent set of training wheels on how to navigate Covid-19 restrictions. At this time our wedding is moving forward as scheduled and we'll provide updates as they come. That said we want all of our friends and family to do what is right and comfortable for them. If traveling is not in your comfort zone, we understand. We appreciate you, want you to stay safe, and will celebrate with you in spirit.
Please come celebrate with us in Cocktail Attire. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors on a rooftop. There is a glass canopy in case of inclement weather.
No, there will be no transportation or shuttle to the wedding venue. Because NYC can be a little difficult to navigate, we've tailored our hotel recommendations to be within a short walk to the wedding events. However, it is very easy to get a cab/Uber/Lyft from any location.
