What precautions are being taken in light of COVID-19? Que precauciones se estan tomando con COVID-19?

Answer

Guests are REQUIRED to wear a mask upon entry to the venue. Masks are not required at the ceremony or reception but if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do so. If you are not feeling well on the day of the wedding PLEASE stay home, the health and safety for everyone is our top priority! Invitados seran REQUERIDOS a entrar al edificio con mascara. Mascaras no seran requeridas en la ceremonia o en la recepcion, pero si se sienten mas comodos usando una porfavor mantenla puesta. Si el dia de la boda no te sientes bien PORFAVOR quedate en casa, la salud y el bienestar de todos es nuestra prioridad. Do I have to RSVP? Tengo que responder ala invitación?

Answer

YES!!!!! It is so important to RSVP. We need to account for every person that will be in attendance & to make sure you get what you want to eat! ***JUST BECAUSE YOU RECEIVE AN INVITE DOES NOT MEAN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RSVP*** : ) Si! Es súper importante que nos respondan ala invitación. Necesitamos que tomar en cuanta for cada persona que va atender y para confirmar que gustan comer! Solo porque recibes una invitación no significa que no tienes que confirmar!

Can I bring a date? Puedo traer a alguien?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Nuestra boda es estrictamente por RSPV, solo vamos a poder acomodar alas personas que reciben invitación.

What should I do if I can’t make it? Que debo hacer si no puedo ir?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Te vamos a extrañar! Si no pueden atender a la boda, por favor déjennos saber lo más pronto posible y regresa la invitación tun tu respuesta para planear en adelante.

Are Kids invited? Los niños están invitados?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! Adoramos a los pequeños, nuestra boda será un evento solo para adultos para que todos puedan relajarse y disfrutar la tarde. Le agradecemos que haga los arreglos con anticipación y deje a los niños en casa para que pueda celebrar con nosotros!

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. La ceremonia será afuera, y la recepción adentro.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans! El código de vestimenta es semi-formal/ vestimenta de cóctel. Por favor no pantalones de mezclilla.

Where should guests park? Is parking free? Donde deben estacionarse los invitados? Es gratis?

Answer

Parking is free. There is a gate you will have to go through, just tell them you are here for the Munoz-Leyva wedding and they will let you in. You can park anywhere in the country club lot and if needed, you can leave your car overnight. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!! El estacionamiento es gratis, en la puerta de entrada solamente tendrás que decir que vienes ala boda Muñoz-Leyva y te dejaran pasar. Te vas a poder estacionar donde gustes en el estacionamiento del club, si es necesario podrás dejar tu carro durante toda la noche. POR FAVOR, NO TOMES Y MANEJES!!!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Habrán bloque de hotel para invitados?

Answer

We will have a block of rooms available, if needed. More info on this to come. Habrá bloque de cuartos de hotel disponibles si lo necesitan. Más información pronto!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media? Vamos a poder tomar fotos de la boda y poner en las redes sociales ?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, which means no cell phones. We want everyone to enjoy the moment with us, which is why we have hired professionals to capture the ceremony from all different angles! Once the party starts, feel free to take as many photos as you want! Nuestra ceremonia será completamente sin celulares, Queremos que todos disfruten el momento con nosotros, por eso tendremos profesionales que van a capturar te varios ángulos! Durante la hora de cóctel y la recepción serás libre de tomar cuantas fotos gustes!!!

There will be a vegetarian/gluten free option. If you have any other dietary restrictions please let us know and we can contact the caterers. Habrá opción vegetariana/sin gluten, si tienes alguna otra restricción por favor déjanos saber y podremos hablar con nuestro servicio de catering.
