Yes, as long as they were addressed on the invite they are welcome. We just ask that you please keep your eyes on them. We will have things for them to do outside weather permitting. The invite will be Addressed to Mr. & Mrs... followed by the child's name or and family. We will have a lot of hot items for food and don't want them getting hurt. Hopefully it's nice and they can run outside. As previously stated we will have things for them to do outside. I live for activities for young children!
Please, dress in a neatly well groomed manner. No logo T-shirts please we are having family and friend photos taken during the night. The Groom says " If he has to be dressed in a suit and look handsome then y'all should do the same." lol We have this thing called a Photo Marathon where the Bride and Groom try and get a photo with all the guest by going to every table with in two songs. Please be respectful and stay away from all White/Champagne Pink, Cream White and shades of purple out of respect for the Bride and Groom and their Bridal Party.
If the invite was addressed to you and a guest you may bring a plus one. Some invites with also have your dates name already on the address label.
Our Venue is an outdoor tent with built in heating and cooling. There is a solid dance floor inside of the venue. There will be handicap and other bathrooms available through the inside of the Club House.
We have chosen Cured Catering for the evening, there will be a choice of two meat entrees and various side options available. You do not have to make this choice ahead of time. The quantity will be based upon RSVP numbers from our formal invite. Will will have a Strip Steak and Grilled BBQ Chicken with Summer Salad with a Bread Basket the sides will be a Vegetable Melody, Garlic Mash potatoes, Green Bean and Mushrooms and Mac and Cheese
