You've got questions - We've got answers...maybe!
Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are taking place at The Dallas Oasis in Red Oak, Texas https://dallasoasis.com/

Question

Do I need to R.S.V.P and if so, when is the deadline?

Answer

Yes, please let us know your plans no later than July 16, 2021. We will start reaching out to guests who we have not heard from after this date as our final headcount is due August 4th.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If you are unable to find accommodations for your little one while in-town or attending the wedding, please let us know ASAP so we can ensure we can accommodate an extra seat and kids meal in our catering order.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The name(s) that the Save the Dates and Formal Invitations are addressed, is/are the only person(s) that we are asking to attend. If your invitation includes “& Guest” or “Family”, please ensure you R.S.V.P. for those who are all attending

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and R.S.V.P. “no,” so we can plan accordingly

Question

What do I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors and reception held inside.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Don’t you worry about parking! Complimentary valet service will be provided to all guests who decide to drive themselves to the venue. We do advise taking an Uber or Lyft though if you plan on drinking the night away

Question

What time is the ceremony? When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony start time will be at 6:00pm. We recommend that you plan to arrive 15-30min before the start of the ceremony in order to give time for any issues with finding the venue (it is out in the middle of nowhere), mingling with fellow guests and to get seated. Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony we will be taking family photos on the lawn by the waterfall. Guests will be escorted to the reception hall where a cocktail hour will be underway with light food, drinks and outdoor games

Question

Will food and drink be served? What type of food?

Answer

Food and drinks will be served at the reception. During cocktail hour we will have a grazing table with a variety of meets, cheeses, fruits, dips and fresh baked pastries. Dinner will be a self-serve buffet of all the foods that we love. There will also be an open bar serving beer, wine, and liquor along with water and soft drinks If you have any food allergies, please let us know.
