For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend staying in one of the following areas: • Plant City – Closest to the wedding venue and most convenient for wedding weekend travel. • Brandon – A variety of hotels, restaurants, and shopping, approximately 20–30 minutes from the venue. • Downtown Tampa – Great option for guests looking to explore Tampa's restaurants, nightlife, and waterfront attractions before or after the wedding. Please book accommodations early, as availability and rates may vary. Due to venue capacity, only guests whose invitations specifically include a plus one are able to bring an additional guest.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating. Ceremony begins at 3:30pm EST.

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

No, guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Once the ceremony concludes, we'd love for you to take and share photos during the reception.
