Recommended (Minimum) Stay Suggestion
To help you plan (and avoid FOMO), here’s our recommendation on the dates you should stay at the hotel so you can enjoy both the celebration and the resort without feeling rushed: Three nights minimum are required for our room block. Four nights is our strong recommendation for the full experience. - Ideal dates (4 nights): Thursday, December 10, 2026 through Monday, December 14, 2026. - Core Dates (3 nights): Thursday, December 10, 2026 through Sunday, December 13, 2026.
August 11, 2026 Cut-Off
The hotel block link is on the Travel section of the website. The cut off date for the reduced rate is August 13, 2026. Also, please note the special room block rate isn’t just for the main wedding weekend. It applies to any extra nights you decide to stay. So whether you want to arrive early to settle in or linger a little longer to soak up Xcaret, you can enjoy the same rate for your entire stay.
(No Regrets Option!)
If you truly want to experience everything Hotel Xcaret México has to offer, we recommend extending your stay to five nights for an added adventure. A five night stay gives you more flexibility to enjoy additional parks, relax between activities, and fully take in the resort experience. Suggested options include staying from Wednesday through Monday or from Thursday through Tuesday. Consider this the "go big or go home" option.
How do I get to Hotel Xcaret Mexico?
Airport Transportation: Hotel Xcaret provides complimentary round-trip airport shuttles from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Tulum Airport (TQO) as part of the All-Fun Inclusive™ package. No reservation is required. After collecting your luggage, look for Hotel Xcaret staff wearing pink shirts, who will direct you to the next shuttle. Shared buses operate 24/7 every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and every 60 minutes from 5:00 PM–9:00 AM, and include WiFi and restrooms. Please note that transportation is only available on your confirmed check-in and check-out dates, and you must present your boarding pass to verify your travel dates. During your stay, complimentary shuttles also run every 30 minutes between the hotel and Grupo Xcaret parks, including Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, and Xenses. Transportation to the wedding at Xcaret Park is also included! Exploring here is completely stress-free. Just pack your sense of adventure and your party energy!
Adults Only Preference*
While we hope to keep the wedding adults only to let everyone relax and celebrate, we understand that sometimes bringing a little one is unavoidable. If that’s the case, we kindly ask that you to reach out and, if possible, make arrangements for childcare during the wedding so everyone can enjoy the festivities. If absolutely necessary, please reach out to us and we can ask our planners if any baby sitting options are available during the wedding.
