Dining at Hotel Xcaret México is a highlight of the stay. Rather than one buffet or limited options, the resort features multiple unique restaurants and bars, all included. Some of the on-site restaurants you’ll enjoy include: Xin-Gao – Asian-inspired cuisine with a contemporary twist Las Cuevas – Brazilian-style steakhouse set in a dramatic cave Mercado de la Merced – Elevated Mexican market-style dining Trajinera – Traditional Mexican flavors in a relaxed, colorful setting Teatro del Río – Dinner paired with live cultural performances (This will be booked for everyone on Thursday, December 10, 2026 as part of the Welcome Party) Las Playas – Casual beachfront dining, perfect for daytime bites Bio – Vegan restaurant excellent for breakfast AND many new restaurants, including: Tama-món, Chi’, Costero, Monarca, Azul Nogada, Arriba Baja, La Xentral, Xinema and La Silla For guests interested in a truly special culinary experience: Ha’ – A Michelin-starred restaurant serving modern Mexican cuisine. This is optional and available for an additional charge. If you’re able, we highly encourage staying through Sunday to join us for the Brunch Dominical at Las Cuevas. This extra-fee brunch is one of the resort’s signature experiences, featuring a seafood bar, premium drinks, and over 70 different culinary specialties showcasing Mexican and international flavors. It’s a relaxed, delicious way to recap the weekend, spend a little extra time together, and wrap up our celebration before heading home. Many guests say it’s a highlight of the entire stay!
