Parking

There will be signs at driveway entrance. Follow the driveway down and there will be more signs leading to the parking area which will be the field behind the house.

Lunch

11:30 am - 1:30 pm

Location: By apple trees Please arrive sometime during lunch. This time will be for chatting, eating, and play a few games before the ceremony. This is when the majority of food will be available. *If you brought a flower to put in the flower sculpture please do it during this period. It will be located on a labeled table in the same area as lunch. It will be moved to the ceremony area at 1:15. Food: TBD Drinks: Water, Flavored Water, Lemonade, Soda Activities -Decks of cards with packets of various game rules -"So you are going to sit through a wedding" packet that has things such as crossword, word search, Sudoku, Spot the difference and more.

Ceremony

Location: Swale There will be signs leading to this area.

Reception

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Location: By apple trees, same area as lunch. Food Snacks: TBD Dessert: Brownies, Lemon Bars, Donuts Drinks: Water, Flavored Water, Lemonade, Soda Activity Table -Sapphire search: There will be 1 bag per person with gravel from a sapphire mine in Montana. Each bag has a good chance of having sapphire(s) in it but it is not a guarantee. The gravel has been pre washed by us so that the fine dirt has been removed to make it as mess free as possible. The gravel we got is the concentrated gravel so there is a much higher chance of finding something than in gravel straight from the mine. -Woods will be open to walk around. We ask that you stay on the trails.
