Hotel
Located centrally between the ceremony and reception venue, the Hartford Marriott is where we've blocked off rooms for guests to stay at a discounted rate. Shuttle transportation for the reception will be leaving from and returning to this hotel (Note: there will be no transportation provided for the ceremony). Shuttle
September 6, 2025 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Two shuttle buses will be available at 4:30pm from the Hartford Marriott to bring guests to Farmington Polo Club, and will both stick around to bring guests back at the end of the night at 11pm. The ceremony will end around 3:30pm to give guests enough time to get back to the hotel, freshen up, and catch the 4:30pm shuttles to the reception. Time to party!

BDL is a fantastic airport to fly into and only a 20 minute drive to the hotel.
