Parking at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking garage connected to the Hartford Marriott for parking.

Will there be transportation provided for guests?

Answer

Yes! Only to and from the reception. Two shuttles will be available at the Hartford Marriott at 4:30pm to take guests to the reception. The shuttles will also make a return trip at the end of the night at 11pm. There will be NO transportation provided to & from the ceremony.

Are the events outdoor or indoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The reception venue has a beautiful covered outdoor patio where the cocktail hour will take place and will be available for guests to use throughout the night!

Are the ceremony and reception happening at the same place?

Answer

No! The ceremony will be at Wapping Community Church in South Windsor, CT which is about 30 minutes from the reception venue, Farmington Polo Club, in Farmington, CT.
