To receive the block rate below please complete your room bookings by September 20th. If you would like to book any additional time to your stay at the discounted rate, please call the hotel directly. Private shuttle service will be offered on a first come basis for transportation to the venue on Saturday, with multiple return trips throughout the evening. Please sign up with the front desk upon checking in.

A coach bus will be departing from the hotel to our venue promptly at 4:30 PM. There is seating for 50 guests and you can sign up with the front desk at check in.

For those of you not looking to stay out late, the first shuttle will be leaving for the hotel promptly at 9 PM.

The final return shuttle to the hotel has seating for 50 and is leaving promptly at 10:30 PM. For those wishing to leave the venue at 11 or to attend the after party, both Lyft and Uber services will be available through their apps on your phones.
