Schedule & Transportation
The transportation service will shuttle guests to and from the Hampton Inn and & Suites (1206 Cole Mill Rd). The two shuttle times to get you to the venue are 2:50pm and 3:15pm. The bus will be outside the lobby and will wait for 10 minutes before heading to the venue. The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm so please arrive no later than 3:50pm.
If you'd like to catch a ride back to the hotel before the end of the night, please listen for the DJs announcement that a shuttle is available. Otherwise, the buses will be shuttling guests back after the sendoff (10:45pm).
