Worth the Price of Forever

Sometimes, the best things in life happen when you least expect them. For Amy & Steve, that was on an unassuming night in May 2019, in the middle of Kansas, where their paths unexpectedly crossed. Neither of them had planned to be there, but sometimes the universe has a way of putting the right people in the right place. Little did they know, that night was the start of their forever! Their love story wasn’t without its challenges. Amy was wrapping up pharmacy school, while Steve was serving in the Army. With 1,000 miles between them, they navigated a year and a half of long-distance love until late 2020, when Amy packed her bags and moved to North Carolina, marking the start of their next chapter together. Since then, their lives have been a whirlwind of milestones and memories. Steve embarked on a new journey with the Cary Fire Department, they became proud “paw-rents” to three adorable fur babies (Socks, Dolly, and Mittens), bought their first home, and built a community of incredible friends. Each step brought them closer to this moment, celebrating their love with all of their favorite people (you)!
