Biltmore Estate

11:00 am - 9:00 pm

Wear comfortable shoes for walking and standing, and bring layers to adjust for warmth.

Sean and Amy plan on arriving around 11am, grabbing a bite at the stable restaurant next to the house, and viewing the house at 1:15pm. Afterwards, there are the lovely grounds including the greenhouse, shops, eateries, and winery for enjoyment. We plan to simply enjoy the estate offerings until we pumpkin. Tickets can be purchased online at www.biltmore.com. We opted for the house and grounds tickets, which include parking. Please let us know if you plan to join!

Escape Rooms

3:45 pm - 5:15 pm

The Great Escape Room Asheville
57 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801

Dress for Sean-anigans, but keep in mind we plan to head over to the Battery Park Book Exchange Champagne Bar afterwards.

Join us for either The Midnight Heist at 4pm or Mountain Top Murders at 4:15pm. (We’ve booked both.) Please let us know if you plan to attend and which escape room you’re interested in. You can read the descriptions at https://thegreatescaperoom.com.

Welcome Social

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Battery Park Book Exchange Champagne Bar
Asheville, NC 28801

Please bring your ID and your wallet; we’re going Dutch prior to the wedding.

Get to know some of the other wedding attendees who have come in early, or just relax with Sean and Amy as they dissect how improved communication (couples goals!) would have allowed them to escape the room faster. (Reference previous event, or it just sounds weird.)

Wedding Ceremony

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Grace Episcopal Church Asheville
871 Merrimon Ave, Asheville, NC 28804

Please wear what makes you feel lovely. The dress code Amy has dubbed “Texas Hill Country chic” often includes nice jeans, a collared shirt, maybe a jacket, and maybe a tie. We’ll be thrilled to see you however you decide to decorate yourself. Keep an eye on the weather as the day approaches for what type of outwear to pack. Sometimes Halloween in Asheville is in the 80s; sometimes there is snow.

Do not be late! [Okay, so that’s really just Amy’s note to self. Sean, if I’m not down the aisle within five minutes of the girls… just wait longer. ;-)]

Wedding Reception

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Come to Asheville for the nuptials. Come to Timber Hall for continued festivities… and food! Cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and the DJ will be available starting at 4pm to keep everyone happy whilst we wrap up photos. We’ll continue with dinner, cake, and dancing. Dinner will include a large variety, including gf, veg, and vegan options. No one will be starved for choice!
