Flight

Phoenix Airport (PHX)

For our out-of-town guests (which is pretty much all of you), please fly into and out of the Phoenix Airport (PHX). Most guests are planning to arrive Tuesday evening (2.25) and depart some time on Thursday (2.27), however, you could also fly in Wednesday morning as long as you land before 1 pm or take the red eye out that night if it departs after 11:30 pm. FYI, the event venue is just under a 20 minute ride from the airport.

Hotel

The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale

This is the hotel nearest to the event venue. Since our venue is located in the heart of the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area there are an array of hotels within a 10 minute Uber of the event location. Many hotels are at capacity due to Spring Training but some with availability that are conveniently located are Royal Palms, The Andaz, The Scott, The Adeline, The W, and Valley Ho. For those of you traveling with children, I’d recommend staying a bit further out (still within a 20 minute ride to the event) at The Biltmore, The Westin Kierland, or The Scottsdale Princess- all of which are very kid friendly.

Travel Note

Uber/Lyft

We are asking all guests to use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the event. We do not think it will be necessary for anybody to rent a car as ride shares are readily available to and from the airport and all over the city.
