Please let us know if you are able to join us to celebrate our special day no later than 31 March 2025.
As part of your RSVP please confirm your menu choices from the following:
Starters:
1. Vegetable soup
2. Thai BBQ chicken and mango salad with crispy shallots and soy sauce dressing.
3. Twice baked vintage cheese souffle, cheese sauce, chives and truffle oil.
Main course:
1. Beef fillet medallions, dauphinoise potato, carrot puree, seasonal greens, bearnaise sauce and a rich red wine reduction (note this will be served medium unless you request the beef to be well done).
2. Honey and thyme glazed pork fillet, creamed leek mashed potato, carrots, crackling and red wine sauce.
3. Mediterranean vegetable filled puff pastry wellington, rosemary roasted new potatoes and tomato ragu.
Dessert:
1. Lemon and lime posset, stem ginger shortbread and raspberry compote.
2. Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and caramel ice cream.
