FAQs

The Wedding Website of Amy Carr and Ross Moriarty
If you have any other questions that are not answered below or in the invitation please drop us a line at rossandamy2025@outlook.com.
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online through this site or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation or by email to rossandamy2025@outlook.com. Please let us know whether you are able to join us to celebrate our special day no later than 31 March 2025. If you are able to join us, please let us know your menu choices with your RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2pm so please be at the venue and seated before then. Guests are welcome to arrive from 1pm onwards.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our family and friends’ children, we can only accommodate children of the wedding party. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there's on site parking for those guests who are driving. Guests must collect their cars no later than 11am the following morning.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to meet new people that are close to our guests we have a strict headcount that we need to adhere to and so only those named on the invitations will be allowed to attend the wedding. We hope you understand.

Question

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

All going to plan and the weather gods being on our side, the ceremony and drinks reception will be outdoors so those considering wearing heels may want to bear that in mind when choosing their outfit.

Question

Can we bring confetti?

Answer

No, the venue has a no confetti (including dried petals) policy so we won't be celebrating with confetti.

Question

Do I need to order a taxi in advance?

Answer

Yes, as Birtsmorton is in a rural location we strongly recommend pre-booking a taxi, if required, to take you back to your accommodation at the end of the night. All taxis must be booked to arrive no later than midnight. Details of local taxi companies can be found in the Travel section.

Question

How can I buy drinks?

Answer

Please be aware that the bar is card only.
