RH Rooftop Restaurant Charlotte
This rooftop restaurant has luxurious ambiance and excellent food. You can also stroll through the various showrooms full of furniture and decor before or after your meal.
U.S. National Whitewater Center
For those sticking around Charlotte for a few days, the Whitewater Center is one of Charlotte's most unique attractions featuring whitewater rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, and tons of other outdoor activities. They also have live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the summer.
Rosie's Coffee & Wine Garden
One of our favorite local spots for coffee, wine, and outdoor ambiance. It doubles as a rose garden that is beautiful to walk through.
Coquette
A highly recommended brunch spot in Uptown. It has excellent French cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere.
Idlewild
The best spot for a unique cocktail experience. Just tell the bartender your favorite spirit, flavors, and other preferences, and they will create a cocktail from scratch!
Freedom Park
Our favorite park in Charlotte - it's actually the venue of our outdoor engagement photos! A perfect place to go for a walk or have a picnic.
Dilworth Tasting Room
One of our favorite spots to grab a cocktail! They have an incredible ambiance (check out the outdoor seating area and koi pond) and tasty food as well. There are two more locations depending on which Charlotte neighborhood you are exploring (SouthPark and Plaza Midwood).
Mint Museum Uptown
Charlotte's largest art museum - located in Uptown rather close to our venue (and likely your hotel)!
