DC-Area Airports

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): Of the three DC-area airports, Dulles is the closest to the weekend's festivities. IAD is a 20-minute drive from downtown Leesburg. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): While DCA is our favorite of the DC-area airports, it's not as close to our venue. DCA is a 45- to 60-minute drive from downtown Leesburg depending on traffic. Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): BWI is a 1.5-hour drive from downtown Leesburg.

Discounted nightly rates start at $289 in the room block. **AS OF 7/31/25: All Deluxe Double and King rooms in our block have been reserved. Corner Kings are still available, but the nightly rate is $349.**

All of the weekend's festivities will be in historic downtown Leesburg, which has several rental homes that would be great for groups. There are also plenty of B&Bs and rental homes in Leesburg (not downtown) if you want to explore Virginia's wine country!

Ubers & Lyfts are accessible in Leesburg, as well as to/from IAD. If you're flying in/out of DCA or BWI and planning to stay near our venue, we recommend renting a car.
