Hotel Indigo, Stratford-upon-Avon, an IHG Hotel

Steeped in over 500 years of history, Hotel Indigo is a wonderful choice if you’re looking for a historic yet comfortable stay right in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Don’t be fooled by the 1500s Tudor exterior – as an IHG property, it offers modern comforts, stylish rooms, and is home to one of our favourite restaurants in town, The Woodsman. It’s also just a short walk to Shakespeare’s sights, local shops, and restaurants, and the church is only an 8-minute stroll away. All wedding weekend transportation will depart from and return to a location near Hotel Indigo. While the exact pick-up point is still being finalised, we’ll share an update as soon as it’s confirmed. For all these reasons, we’ve arranged a discounted room block here for July 3rd - 5th, with rooms starting at £250. You can use the link below to book your stay. Please note: British people speak in riddles, and each “Standard Queen” room actually features a king-size bed (which makes zero sense, but here we are). Breakfast can be added to your stay for an additional £20 per person daily. We’ve also secured preferred rates for extended stays on Thursday, July 2nd and Sunday, July 5th for anyone wishing to add extra nights to their trip. These additional nights are subject to availability and the rates are available online. For a quieter stay outside town, HYLL Hotel, situated in the Cotswolds, is a great choice. Please note that this hotel is not in Stratford-upon-Avon, so it wouldn’t be our first recommendation for convenience. However, it is a recently renovated, stylish boutique property with a fresh, design-forward feel. Perfect for anyone who prefers a chic, relaxed atmosphere. Or why not tag a night or two on here after your stay in Stratford ... The perfect wedding recovery spot!
