We're getting married! AGAIN!

A classic tale of girl meets girl who is also dating another girl who is also messaging the first girl because that's what online queer dating is like and eventually it narrowed down to just Lucille and Amy and some very strong Happily Ever After feelings.

Lucille looked at Amy while her kids were playing close enough to be safe and far enough to be not bothering adults, and said "I could do this forever." To which Amy said "The beach, or this?" And pointed between herself and Lucille. Lucille said "This." So Amy asked the obvious question: "Are you asking me to marry you?" To which Lucille said "YES." Eventually Amy realized she also needed to agree so she too said "YES."

On November 29, 2024 Lucille and Amy literally tied the knot in Cochecton at the home of beloved friend and officiant Calvin A. While the lovebirds were in a rush to confirm their commitment to share their lives (and healthcare), they knew many more people would need to be part of celebrating this decision and be given a reason to dress up and dance. So we hope you can join us at the beautiful Concert Grove Pavillion in Prospect Park on July 19th.
