Flight

Heathrow Airport

We highly recommend flying into Heathrow Airport (LHR), as it is the one closest to us. From there, you can connect to Oxford and Bicester via train or coach.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

For international guests, we recommend finding an airbnb in the "Bicester" area - this town is about an 8 minute drive away from our venue.

Train

The Trainline

The simplest way from Heathrow airport to Bicester would be to take the train. Just be sure to take note of which terminal you will be flying into, as Heathrow has 5 terminals and some are miles apart! When you are searching the destination for trains, put in "Bicester (Any)" as there are two stations in Bicester - "Bicester Village" and "Bicester North", both are fine and within Bicester; it just gives you more variety on train times and prices. The average journey time is about 2hrs and 20 minutes. I would highly recommend booking train tickets through this website in advance. The cost varies depending on time of travel, but a starting price would be £40 per ticket.

Rental Car

Taxi's

Uber is not in use in this part of the country, so I would recommend looking at taxi firms in advance if this is something you think you will need to use :)
