Tara and Amy met at their children's bus stop on the first day of kindergarten. Tara has seen the love story of Amy and Eric since day one. She even watched Kiana and loaned Amy her car on the night of their first date. Tara was the first to predict that Amy would move in with Eric and they would end up married within a few short years. Turns out she was right! Tara is Amy's "go to" person for anything and everything, from dinner ideas to wedding recommendations Amy can always count on Tara.
Andy Dick
Best Man
Andy has been there since the beginning of Amy and Eric. Andy is Eric's "go to" when it comes to troubleshooting any home project gone wrong or when he has any sort of mechanical/"how do I fix this" type of questions. He's has also been Eric's sounding board when it comes to girls and relationships. Andy and Eric go on many four wheeling, ice fishing, and camping adventures each year. They have plenty of hilarious, scary, or "holy shit" stories from their adventures. Just be around them at the reception and you are bound to hear a few!
Nicole Lalum
Bridesmaid
There is no one else that Amy enjoys asking advice from more than Nicole; though 9 times out of 10 she does the exact opposite of that advice! As any big sister would, Nicole loves her "ask-hole" sister anyway. Nicole and Amy love getting the family together for ATV excursions and camping trips. From yard Twister to blowing up pumpkins with tannerite, Amy and Nicole are always seeking the next adventure. They are even known to put their "Donny Mag" building skills to work while transforming pallets into garden benches in the garage.
Theron Bonneur
Groomsman
Theron is Eric's "brother". Well no...no he isn't. But they have been mistaken for brothers on many occasions and Eric has even been mistaken for Theron himself! This was at Theron's own wedding in 2016 when his aunt thought Eric was Theron and was wondering where she should park at the groom's dinner. Theron is extremely genuine and one of Eric's most caring friends. Eric is the godfather to Theron's daughter Harper, subsequently, Theron nicked Eric "the Godfather".
Kristie Magnuson
Bridesmaid
Kristie joined the Magnuson family in 2011 and has been the best decision Alex has ever made! Kristie and Amy enjoyed having a few beers throughout their college years, selling beer belts for Don at WeFest and even crashed an Asian wedding together. Once the babies joined the family the beers slowed down but their friendship continued to grow. Kristie by far showed the most excitement when she found out Amy was pregnant with Kiana in 2010. Kristie is a great aunt to Kiana and is an amazing mother to Amy's nieces and nephews. While Kristie and Alex live out of state, the family enjoys getting together whenever they can. Somehow, Kristie puts up with all of Alex and Don's "Mag Tech" projects any time that Don goes to visit them.
Alex Magnuson
Groomsman
Growing up Alex and Amy enjoyed spending days on the lake, riding dirt bikes and fishing with Don. As they grew older they were known for throwing a few parties when Don and Diana were out of town. Though, no matter how hard they tried, the parents always found out. Alex is always there for Amy to offer her short and straightforward advice. He has a way to simplify complex problems and which helps to point Amy in the right direction. Eric was able to meet Alex for the first time when they took a trip out to Las Vegas in 2017. Kristie was worried that Eric was going to get baby fever after spending 4 days in a house with 5 kids. We'll just say the baby fever has not set in yet.
Christina Dosch
Bridesmaid
Christina and Eric have been pretty close over the years. If you had a window into their early childhood you may have expected a different outcome. Slamming fragile fingers in doors, playing cruel jokes on each other, or chasing each other around with butter knives were some examples of the childish things they would do to each other. Fast forward a few years to high school, college and even later years; Eric and Christina look to each other in times of struggle and success. Amy and Christina met early in Amy and Eric's relationship. During the second meeting they all met at Surly Brewery in Minneapolis and later threw a party at Frank and Becky's house in Prior Lake (it's ok because it was approved by Frank & Becky). Christina and Amy have been great friends ever since.
Nicholas Goetsch

Nick is one of Eric's cousin. Nick and Eric are not only family but they are also great friends. During their teenage years, Nick and Eric used to cruise the streets of Wisconsin on their skateboards. They thought they looked bad ass with their baggy clothes, skater shoes and skateboards in hand. There may even be a picture of in the slideshow...stay tuned! Eric and Nick enjoy taking ice fishing trips together in the winter. Both Eric and Nick enjoy bow hunting. This is a new hobby for Nick that was transpired when he and Atia purchased new property in Wheeler Wisconsin where he now is able to hunt on his own land.
Alicia Wagner

Alicia and Amy met through Amy's cousin Dave. Amy knew from the first time she met Alicia that she was meant to be apart of the family. Since they met, Alicia has always been up for any adventures with Amy. From selling beer belts at WeFest in scorching temps to trudging through the snow at Bockfest, Alicia and Amy always find the best in every situation. Alicia and Amy love spending days on the pontoon on West Battle Lake with family and friends. Alicia's cheerful personality always brings excitement to any situation.
Andrew Edgcumbe
Groomsman
Andrew has been one of Eric's best friends since the dorm days of college. Eric and Andy were neighbors but didn't meet until the second semester of Freshman year, even though they slept right on the other side of the wall of one another. Andy and Eric started scuba diving together freshman year and have dove in a few of Minnesota's lakes and quarries together. They even went skydiving for Eric's 20th birthday in July 2008; that's a bond and memory that will never fade. Another great memory Eric has was taking a trip to Chicago with Andy for an Incubus concert. Eric was also a groomsman in Andy's wedding in 2017.
Kiana Waasdorp
Jr. Maid of Honor
Amy's daughter Kiana is so excited to be the Jr. Maid of Honor in the wedding. Kiana has adored Eric since the beginning. Eric truly received a bonus package when he met Amy. Though Kiana was a little shy with Eric at first, she quickly warmed up to him when she learned that he had a black lab named Roscoe. Eric knew how to calm Kiana's nerves early in their relationship when he gave Kiana a stuffed animal that looked identical to Roscoe. Kiana instantly fell in love with Eric and Roscoe and even thinks of Roscoe as her little brother.
Chris Lalum
Usher
Chris "Latte" Lalum is Amy's brother-in-law. On the first four wheeling trip that Eric took with the family, everyone gave Eric a very hard time for owning a Yamaha (and not a Polaris) four wheeler. It didn't help that Eric's Yamaha overheated on one of the first trails. Eric must have fit in right away because Chris and Don stopped to help instead of leaving him in the dust. Eric and Amy will someday bring a son into this world and buy him a Yamaha four wheeler. Just you wait! Chis loves to crush the Busch "Lattes" with Eric, Amy, and the rest of the Magnuson/Lalum family.
Daisy Lalum
Jr. Bridesmaid
Daisy is Amy's oldest niece. When Daisy found out Amy and Eric were getting married the first question she asked was if she could be in the wedding. She quickly followed up with "when are you guys going to have a baby?" She was beyond thrilled when she was asked to be a jr. bridesmaid. She was a little disappointed when she found out she did not get to pick her own dress but still proudly accepted her role in the wedding. As soon as Eric and Amy were engaged, Daisy also began calling Eric "Uncle Eric" which melted his heart.
Lucas Dose
Usher
Luke and Eric have been breaking hearts of girls since a very early age. They have been friends since kindergarten in Ms. Bruns' class. However, in Dec. 2016 Eric met and fell in love with the girl that would steal his heart forever. Eric and Luke were friends through out high school and grew even closer when they went to college orientation at Mankato State where they both went through the construction management program. Eric and Luke spent a lot of time partying and studying together throughout college and both have successful careers in construction. They often share work experiences and enjoy getting together for a few beers or to go ice fishing.
Charlotte Magnuson
Flower Girl
Charlotte is one of Amy's sweet nieces and she is so excited to be one of the flower girls. Lottie is a determined little girl with a huge heart. We often say that Lottie was "born older" because she always gives the impression that she is years beyond her actual age. She loves spending time at the Children's Museum and adores her big cousins Kiana and Daisy.
Brady Christian
Usher
Brady and Eric were classmates through out high school and their friendship grew in the later years towards graduation. They would even heckle each other about what they did or didn't know while in Mr. C's construction class. If you don't know, Mr C. is Brian Christian; Brady's father. Brian lead both of them into the construction field and they've been close ever since. Brady and Eric have built decks, garages, and sheds together. They have also enjoyed attending country concerts/festivals together; including seeing Eric Church and going to Winstock.
Margaret Magnuson
Flower Girl
Maggie Mag's is Amy's youngest niece. She is a wild child with a beautiful free spirit. Maggie has a tendency to get into the type of mischief that makes you scratch your head and wonder where she ever came up with that idea. It is likely she will pull some of her shenanigans at the wedding!
Cayden Lalum
Jr. Usher
Cayden is Amy's oldest nephew. Amy even had an influence on Cayden's name prior to him being born. Cayden has always been a wild and adventurous child. He's never afraid to try new things and can always be found outside riding a four wheeler, side by side, or snow mobile. He is very respectable, mature, and listens when asked to help out around the house. Amy and Eric enjoy Cayden and Daisy's visit to Mankato every summer!
Gabe Magnuson
Ring Bearer
Gabe is Amy's nephew and the oldest of the Magsquad. Gabe enjoys spending time with his family, especially with his dad and loves going out for pizza and burgers. Gabe is known for doing "Gabey-man stuff", just keep your eyes open at the wedding, he might just give us all an extra surprise.
Vincent Magnuson
Ring Bearer
Vinny is Amy's nephew and the youngest of the Magsquad. Since he started walking, he has been trying to keep up with his three older siblings. If there is one child that gets into more mischief than Maggie, it is Vince!
