Hotel
This is a Hilton property. We have booked 4 rooms at a rate of $861.20 USD total and 5 rooms at a rate of $906.27 USD total, cancellable until 5/24/24. These bookings are for 1 king bed for 2 nights (May 31st to June 2nd) and are inclusive of tax and fees. The room type is the same across both rates above. If you are interested in staying at the Lodge please contact us and we will add your name to the reservation; bookings with lower rates will go on a first-come, first-serve basis. We can move these rooms onto your card and/or change the reservation for just one day. We are looking into getting free breakfast for these rooms as well!
House Or Rental
Hotels in the area are expensive, so splitting an Airbnb with other guests is likely a more economical lodging option. To help with this, we have created a spreadsheet with options. The links are current as of 1/28/24 but will likely change. If you are interested in splitting with other guests, please view potential properties using the "Options to Consider" tab (and feel free to add on anything else you've found). Then, put your name down in the "Interested Guests" tab to indicate which Airbnbs you'd be open to and coordinately directly with other folks who have marked the same!
Hotel
This is a Marriott Bonvoy property. We had booked 10 rooms as part of our room block, but the price we negotiated is now higher than what the publicly available rate is - oops! We're working on getting down the price from $1080.34 to be closer to that of the Lodge at Healdsburg; we will keep y'all posted! Complimentary breakfast is included daily. They also have welcome wine, bottled water, guest bikes, internet, and a shuttle service to downtown Healdsburg.
Flight
Driving from SFO to the venue can take as little as 1 hour and 30 minutes, but can take up to 2 hours and 50 minutes with traffic. We took a look at some flights into/out of SFO in case they're helpful in the linked spreadsheet.
Flight
Driving from OAK to the venue can take as little as 1 hr 25 minutes, or up to 2 hrs 30 minutes with traffic.
Train
There are various public and private buses that make their way to Sonoma from San Francisco, including: Groome Transportation, Golden Gate Transit, and Greyhound. The Amtrak stops in Martinez, which connects to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg by bus.
