Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception will be held outdoors. Dancing will be held inside in a covered pavilion.
The first pick-up point will be at Healdsburg Plaza downtown at 4PM , arriving at the venue by 4:30PM. We are also planning for a pick-up point at The Lodge at Healdsburg (1261 Grove Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448). This location is also close for guests staying in nearby at the Best Western Dry Creek Inn, Hotel Trio, or Hotel Vinea. There is some flexibility for shuttle pick-up points along the route to our venue. If you are planning to stay in an Airbnb in Grant, Healdsburg, Simi, Lytton, or Geyserville and would like to use the shuttle service, please let us know by May 1st, 2024, and we will make arrangements with the shuttle company to make stops on the route accordingly. Unfortunately the shuttle service likely won't run south of Grant (i.e., Windsor, Santa Rosa, etc.) so please take this into account when booking accommodations.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM. Guests will be allowed to enter the premises starting at 4:30PM.
While we love fur babies, we ask that they stay at home due to the day's packed activities.
Your little ones are welcome to join us during the cocktail hour, reception, and on the dance floor; however, we will be having an adult-only ceremony.
