Sam Riley
Sam of Honor
Sam is Amy's favorite precious brother, and is so happy to have him as the Sam of Honor/ Co-Man of honor with my sisters Jane and Katie! Amy and Sam met shortly after Sam was born, and they have been buddies ever since. In high school, they both worked at the same retirement home and often like to reminisce about all the beloved and hilarious residents. They became excellent at planning and implementing jokes and pranks, and try to continue despite becoming adults with responsibilities.
Jane Vanderschaaf
Maid of Honor
Jane is Amy's second oldest sister and best friend, and will be Co-Maid of honor with her other siblings Sam and Katie. Jane has also acted as the wedding planner, and been a great help throughout the wedding process. Jane lives in Isanti MN with her husband Justin, and their magnificent dog Bear. Amy and Jane like to get together to plan things and be productive.
Katie Dorey
Maid of Honor
Katie is Amy's oldest sister and Co-Maid of Honor with Amy's other siblings, Sam and Jane. They met shortly after Amy was born, and loved playing house and dolls. Amy has enjoyed touring the country visiting the various places where Katie has lived since joining the Air Force. She is currently living in Alabama with her three girls and husband Brett, and we are so thankful they are all making the trek to MN!
Erin Swanson
Bridesmaid
Amys wonderful cousin and unofficial sister Erin has been a blessing to her and is so happy to have her as a bridesmaid! They met soon after Amy was born, and have had many good times thrifting and laughing at nothing, especially at grocery stores. They enjoy getting deals on clothing and making various noises together.
Addie Atkins
Bridesmaid
Addie is Amy's BFF from first grade! They met in Mrs. Munson's first grade class, and have had lots of excellent escapades since playing tag in the playground. Amy's favorite memory is when a squirrel jumped on Addie in Hyde Park in London. It was not Addie's favorite memory. They like to wear lots of makeup and take moody/ disgruntled photos. Addie will be joining us from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the big day!
Gretchen Anderson
Hype Woman/Bridal Attendant
Gretchen is Amys BFF and post-college roommate. They met in high school gym class, and became best friends in college at the U of M. Their favorite thing to do is go to the Mall of America and give dirty looks to irritating teens while eating ice cream cones. Gretchen will lend her talents as a hype woman/bridal attendant for the wedding!
Claire Kurschner
Hype Woman/Bridal Attendant
Claire is Amys BFF from high school gymnastics! Claire and Amy met in high school, and became best friends at the U of M! Some of their favorite things to do include going on adventures and starting things on fire. Amy's fondest memory is their backpacking trip to the Superior Hiking Trail. Claire will lend her talents as a hype woman/bridal attendant for the wedding!
Phil Nasvik
Best Man
Phil has been Coleson’s awesome BFF since high school in Hudson, WI! They have had excellent adventures camping, traveling, and working together. After high school, they continued their friendship as college roommates in Milwaukee. They skateboarded around the city together, and ate too much pizza. Their college hobbies included avoiding the general public and those darn teens, who were too darn loud. Coleson has fond memories of them in the Woodland Caribou Provincial Park in Canada hanging out with otters, sleeping on moose trails, and watching for anomalies. Phil will be joining us from Nevada this August! If you see him, give a wave!
Lukas Cox
Groomsman
Lukas is Coleson's awesome cousin and he is so happy to have him as a groomsman! Coleson and Lukas met shortly after the birth of Lukas, maybe at a hospital or a house. They enjoyed pancakes on character plates, and fun times swimming in their grandparent’s pond. Lucas will be joining us from New Orleans, LA, if you see him tell him to ROCK ON!
Sean Cox
Groomsman
Sean is Coleson's groovy cousin and groomsman! Coleson met Sean shortly after he arrived on Planet Earth. They have had many long conversations about whose Kung Fu is superior, as well as fun times at the cabin. Sean will be joining us from California and Coleson is stoked to have him by his side! If you see him, RUN (or don’t, the choice is yours).
