What date should I RSVP by?

Where should we park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot across the street from the venue with a tunnel that goes under the road. Please use this parking lot and walk this short path to the lodge if you are able so we can save the few spaces outside the venue for our handicapped guests and our vendors.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests not specifically listed on your invitation on our wedding day.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at extended cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner provided by Old Carolina BBQ.

Will there be a bar?

There will be a cash bar available.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 5132 Devon Drive, Vermilion OH, 44089. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 3:00pm. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. There will be professional photographers capturing our day and we will share these photos once they have been made available.
