What should I wear?/ ¿Que deberia vestir?

Color guide posted above. Come dressed to impressed! Ladies, Think mid to floor-length dresses in summery, sorbet hues. Opt for luminous silks, floaty chiffons and other soft textures to channel the effortless elegance of the Hacienda. Or reach for joyful prints, romantic ruffles and shimmering details for an elevated statement that will take you from day to night. *Please kindly avoid wearing dark tones, such as black, brown, navy, maroon, etc. As the estate is quite grassy, please make sure you steer clear of stiletto heels and opt for a thick/wedge instead or pick up some heel stoppers. Gents, Come dressed in your most dapper suit and tie. Linen and cotton suit blends are hands-down your best friend. We would love to see you in lighter colored suits for the occasion! Light greys and browns are perfect too. Remember, the most important thing is to feel comfortable and confident in what you wear, so choose attire that reflects your personal style while considering the climate and setting of a wedding in Mexico. what is the closest airport?

Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)- Jalisco, Mexico. Is the closest airport to our wedding venue. The easiest way of transportation from Puerto Vallarta to Guayabitos is by car. The car ride is 45 minutes long, we recommend renting a car to have easy access to exploring the area or hiring a taxi for the weekend!

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. ¡Se te va a extrañar mucho! PASSPORT!

Answer

Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before Aug 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel within 6 months remaining of an expiration date. Passports can take up to 3 months to arrive so please be sure to update or apply for a passport.

Can I bring a guest?/ ¿Puedo traer un invitado?(masculine)

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Thank you for understanding! Debido a la capacidad limitada, solo podemos acomodar a aquellos invitados formalmente. When should I get there?

Answer

Consider arriving in Mexico a few days before the wedding, around February 24th or 25th. This will give you ample time to settle in, explore the area, and attend any pre-wedding events or activities. After the wedding, take advantage of the opportunity to unwind and continue your vacation. You could stay for a few more days, departing around March 1st or 2nd, to explore more of La Riviera Nayarit’s attractions. Enjoy some downtime, or simply soak up the sun and scenery in Sayulita, San Pancho, or Guayabitos!

where do I stay?

Answer

We will have a shuttle or taxi service to and from the venue. You can find the suggested hotels listed under the "Travel" tab. Guests will be able to stay wherever they would like. Airbnb/ VRBO have great studio or 2-3 bedroom homes. Recommended Surrounding towns closest to the Venue: Lo De Marcos, San Pacho, Los Ayala, Rincon De Guayabitos, La Penita.

can i take pictures during the ceremony? / ¿Puedo tomar fotografías durante la ceremonia?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means no photos! We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time. Our hired professionals will be doing the photo taking during that time. Feel free to take all the photos you like after the ceremony is complete! ¡Estamos teniendo una ceremonia "desconectada", lo que significa que no habrá fotos! Les pedimos a todos los invitados que sigan esto y estén completamente presentes durante nuestro tiempo especial. The ceremony starts at 5:00. We ask that all guests arrive BY 4:45pm. If you are late, you will be kindly asked by our team to not enter the ceremony space. Please wait and enter during cocktail hour! PLEASE COME BACK TO THIS SECTION, To see where the designated pick up areas will be for the shuttles! La ceremonia comienza a las 5:00. Solicitamos que todos los huéspedes lleguen ANTES de las 4:45 p. m. What can I expect staying in a beach town?

We will be posting places to eat or visit on our “Things To Do” Tab. Guayabitos and other small towns in Nayarit are hidden gems nestled along Mexico's Pacific coast.
