We're Getting Married!

Amiere and Violet met in the fall of 2020 while working as Resident Assistants in Dieterich Hall at Northwest Missouri State University. What began as a friendship quickly grew into late-night talks, midnight food runs, and becoming inseparable. Violet says she fell first—but Amiere disagrees, so we’ll let you decide. After a brief summer relationship, they went their separate ways but never stopped supporting each other. In spring 2023, they reconnected as friends and both graduated. Violet began working as a Resident Director at Ball State University, while Amiere started her master’s program at Northwest Missouri State University. By the end of that year, the spark was undeniable. On January 1, 2024, they found their way back to each other for good. Violet proposed to Amiere on December 27, 2024, and now they can’t wait to celebrate their love with all of you.
