FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think floor length dresses, cocktail dresses, suit and tie or dress shirt and slacks.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To help us stay on budget, our wedding events are RSVP-only, and we’re only able to include the guests listed on your invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your RSVP. While you’re absolutely welcome to bring someone to enjoy the resort with you before or after the wedding, only invited guests can attend the wedding and all related events. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Amie or Jackson.

Question

How do I book my room and when is the deadline?

Answer

Our travel agent, Adrian and his team at Paradise weddings, have reserved a room block for our guests. All bookings must be made by December 10, 2026 but we recommend booking your stay as soon as possible. To book your stay, please visit our website: https://l.paradiseweddings.com/amie-and-jackson Group Code: 0410

Question

Is a deposit required to book a room, and when are payments due?

Answer

A deposit of $150 per room is required to reserve your stay, with 60% of the total payment due by December 10, 2026 and the full balance due by January 13, 2027. You can make payments toward your booking at any time by emailing our travel agents at guests@paradiseweddings.com.

Question

Do I need to book through your travel agent?

Answer

Yes, please! To be included in our wedding group and avoid an extra fee, all room reservations must be made through our travel agent, Adrian and his team at Paradise weddings, via our website. Adrian and his team will get you the best rates, apply promo codes, and can even price match if you find something lower.

Question

How long can I stay?

Answer

We ask that all guests stay a minimum of 3 nights but you are welcome to extend your stay as long as you'd like if you wish to continue the fun before or after the wedding! This can be done during booking. Amie and Jackson will be arriving April 7th and departing April 13th.

Question

Which hotel should I book?

Answer

There are two hotels on the property: TRS Coral (adults-only) and Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres (family-friendly). You’re welcome to book at either property. Guests staying at TRS Coral have access to both resorts, while guests staying at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres do not have access to TRS Coral, even if they are adults. Both hotels are all inclusive and include all food and beverages. Jackson and Amie will be staying at TRS Coral, but please feel free to book whichever option best fits your needs.

Question

What room type can I book?

Answer

We have reserved an assortment of room types at both Grand Palladium and TRS in our room block for our guests. Don't see the room type you're looking for? Reach out to our travel agent, Adrian, or his team directly to check availability. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure the resort doesn't sell out of the room type you are looking for.

Question

Bringing children?

Answer

Grand Palladium offers Family Selection rooms that include up to 2 kids (3-17 years old) free when sharing a room with 2 adults! Children under 2 are free for any room, not just Family Selection.

Question

What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

Answer
