YES! Over 80% of our guestlist is expected to travel to celebrate our special day. Having the wedding on Friday, March 19th of 2027 allows us to enjoy a long weekend with all guests that choose to attend.
Please try your best to avoid whites, greens & dark reds as we'd like these colors to be reserved for the bridal party. We kindly request that our guests attend in formal attire. For men, you're encouraged to wear suit + tie. For women, you're encouraged to wear a dress length of midi, midaxi, or maxi. The ceremony (approximately 30 minutes) will be outside, but the reception will be located within an 18,000sf air-conditioned facility - Florida heat will be a minimal factor.
Please limit attendees to those listed on your invitation.
Children 13 and over may be listed on your invitation.
Please refrain from taking pictures, videos, and other forms of media during the wedding ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you would like. There will be scannable QR codes linked to our wedding. The QR codes will digitally add all pictures taken into a singular photo album which will be accessible following the end of the reception.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.

Parking is accessible directly in front of the venue. A transportation option will be provided, should you choose to stay at one of the hotels listed under the 'travel' tab.
