Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

If you're taking the charter bus from Downtown Fort Worth, please plan to arrive at the designated pick-up location by 2:45 PM, as the bus will depart promptly at 3:00 PM to ensure everyone arrives at Clark Gardens on time. For guests who are driving themselves and not using the shuttle service, we kindly ask that you arrive at Clark Gardens by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing charter bus transportation to and from the venue for guests departing from Downtown Fort Worth. The buses will arrive at the designated pick-up location at 2:45 PM and depart promptly at 3:00 PM to ensure everyone arrives at Clark Gardens on time. After the celebration, return transportation will be provided back to the original pick-up location at 10:00 PM. We strongly encourage guests to use the charter bus if you are not staying local to the venue in Mineral Wells or Weatherford, as rideshare services may be limited due to the venue’s remote location. Please check out the Travel section of our website for more details. Contact information for the transportation service will also be provided to all guests in case you need assistance on the day of the event.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at Clark Gardens. The parking lot is a short walk from the ceremony site. For guests who may need assistance, golf carts will be available to transport you to and from your car to ensure a comfortable and easy arrival.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional—think suits, tuxes, long dresses, or elevated cocktail attire. The venue is a beautiful 35-acre botanical rose garden, and both the ceremony and reception will primarily take place outdoors. The reception will be held under a white tent, but there's a chance it could get a bit chilly in the evening. We recommend bringing a light shawl, wrap, or jacket just in case

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we kindly ask that children not attend the wedding unless otherwise discussed or specifically invited. We hope this can be a special time for you to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us—kid-free! Thank you so much for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate those guests who were specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation included a plus one, they’re absolutely welcome—otherwise, we hope you’ll understand and still join us for this special day!

What do I do during the break?

Answer

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour where all guests can enjoy some beverages and light bites before the reception begins. Venue staff will be on hand to help direct everyone to the cocktail hour location at Clark Gardens.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can easily RSVP right here on our wedding website! Simply head to the RSVP section and enter your first and last name to get started. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to complete your RSVP and let us know if you’ll be attending.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone RSVP as soon as they can, but if you happen to miss the requested deadline, please reach out to let us know. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP at least 3 weeks before the wedding, we’ll have to assume you won’t be able to attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

If you're unable to attend, please let us know by updating your RSVP. We will certainly miss having you there, but we completely understand that sometimes things come up that prevent attendance. Your thoughtfulness in letting us know is greatly appreciated.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring a variety of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy throughout the celebration.

Do you have hotel blocks for Guests?

Answer

Yes, we are currently in the process of confirming hotel room blocks for our guests in Downtown Fort Worth. Please check out the Travel section of our website for more details and reservation information once they become available. If you encounter any issues while reserving a room, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist!

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

Since alcohol will be served and the venue is located a bit farther from Downtown Fort Worth, we’re providing a charter bus service to and from the venue to ensure everyone gets there and back safely. If you plan to stay locally in Mineral Wells or Weatherford, we ask that you please arrange your own transportation or designate a driver in advance. Due to the venue’s location, rideshare services will be very limited later in the evening when the celebrations end, so we encourage planning ahead for your safe return.
