A charter bus will pick up guests from Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Downtown and transport everyone to and from the venue. The buses will arrive at 2:30 PM and depart promptly at 3:00 PM to ensure all guests arrive at Clark Gardens on time. (Pick up area is located on the corner of 5th and Main Street, on the right side of Main street, facing Northwest) Return transportation from Clark Gardens will depart promptly at 9:45 PM, bringing guests back to the original pick-up location in Fort Worth. We want everyone to relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about drinking and driving. Please note that due to the remote location of the venue, rideshare services like Uber may be extremely limited or unavailable—so we strongly encourage using the charter bus and planning accordingly.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The big day kicks off at 4:30 PM with our ceremony! After we say 'I do,' join us for cocktail hour at 5:00 PM. Once cocktails wrap up, the real party begins! We’ll lead everyone into the East Tent for dinner, dancing, and all the good vibes. All great things must come to an end—so stick around for our send-off at 9:30 PM and help us end the night on a high note!
