We've done the research so you don't have to! Head over to our Travel page to see our recommended hotels, including any room blocks we've set up for our guests.
Black Tie Optional encouraged. We want you to feel free to go as formal as you'd like — tuxedos and gowns are absolutely encouraged — but a suit or cocktail dress is equally at home. Bottom line: look great, feel great, feel comfortable.
Plus-ones and dates are by invitation only.
We love your little ones, we really do — but this is a grown-ups' night out! We ask that guests make childcare arrangements ahead of time so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration to the fullest.
Yes! There is a large of street parking lot for those driving. It can be accessed from the front of the church on East 4th Street or the backside on East 5th Street.
The ceremony at Gate of Heaven will be approximately 30–45 minutes. It will not be a full mass.
We kindly ask that our ceremony be completely unplugged. Please put your phones and cameras away so you can be fully present in the moment with us — we promise our photographer and videographer have it covered! There will be plenty of time for photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
Our cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting)! October is one of our favorite times of year in New England — think crisp air, sun, and beautiful fall vibes. Just in case the breeze picks up, we'd suggest having a light layer or wrap on hand so you can stay comfortable.
Drinks are on us!
Absolutely! When formal invitations are sent out, you'll have the opportunity to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies. We want everyone to eat well and have a great time!
Good news — you won't have to look far! There are plenty of great spots within close walking distance of the church to grab a bite to eat and a celebratory drink while you wait for the festivities to kick off. Please check out the "Things To Do" page on the website for our recommendations! This is also a great time to check into your hotel if you do not have time before the ceremony. If you're feeling eager to get to Granite Links there is a Tavern and Crossing Nines to get a quick bite to eat/drink before heading over to the tent for the cocktail hour and reception.
