Wedding Day Transportation
2:45 pm
A 55-passenger party bus from downtown Asheville to and from the wedding venue in Swannanoa, NC will be available. Swannanoa is about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. There is parking available onsite at our wedding venue if you prefer to drive, but we encourage you to ride the party bus! PARTY BUS SCHEDULE - Pickup 1 at Hotel Indigo - Bus Departs Promptly @ 2:45pm (be outside by 2:35pm) - Pickup 2 at Flat Iron Hotel - Bus Departs Promptly @ 2:55pm (be outside by 2:45pm) - Pickup 3 at Hotel Indigo - Bus Departs Promptly at 3:45pm (be outside by 3:35pm) - Pickup 4 at Flat Iron Hotel - Bus Departs Promptly at 3:55pm (be outside by 3:45pm)
Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Join us for an outdoor ceremony with an on-site reception to follow. Ceremony begins at 4:30pm
After Party
11:00 pm
The Party Bus will transport guests from the wedding venue back to downtown Asheville. The last pickup at the wedding venue is scheduled for 11PM. The after party will be at Shakey’s. Shakey’s will have a DJ, late nite pizza, outdoor space, billiards, good vibes, and dancing! Don’t forget your ID! Let’s keep the party going!

- Join us on Sunday after the wedding to reminisce of the night before and say farewell! - There will be free live music, food truck(s), and drinks available for purchase. - Highland Brewing is one of Asheville's original breweries and their property grounds are expansive (inclusive of sand volleyball courts and an 18-hole disc golf course) - Meet us outside in the Meadow!
