FAQs

The Wedding Website of Amber Williams and Liz Rivera
Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:30pm. We will begin the ceremony right at 6pm on the dot. You will want to have time to park and be seated or else you will need to wait to find your seat until the after the processions end.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress in whichever way you feel comfortable being photographed (formal or cocktail attire encouraged but not mandatory). Please refrain from wearing anything white/off-white (seriously) and please do not wear solid black (black with floral print or colorful patterns, and black suits with a different color top and tie are acceptable).

Question

May I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Not unless you have received direct communication on that from Amber or Liz. Many of you have partners that the couple are close with. In that case, you will receive an invitation for them, or the couple will send one directly to them, as they are also a part of their extended community.

Question

What about my child(ren)?

Answer

The wedding will be a no-child event. There are a select few children (the couple's nieces and nephews) who will be present for the ceremony, many taking an active role. However, after the ceremony, please make provisions for your child to leave before you enjoy the cocktail hour. If you have not received explicit information about your child's attendance, please assume they are not invited.

Question

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outside and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. Please dress accordingly. If you are nervous about the weather in late September, bring layers. Should it be a rainy day, we will move the events fully indoors.

Question

What is the parking like?

Answer

There are two large parking lots at the venue. Please use the address for your GPS and we promise you won't miss them nor the wedding space.

Question

What's the policy on phones, cameras, and social media?

Answer

Please have your phone on silent/vibrate during the evening. Photos and videos are allowed, however, please make room and be mindful of the professionals there to capture the best angles and lighting. The couple will be sure to make the photos accessible to you all once they come in. If you decide to post on social media, #LosPaloSantos will be a great way for the newlyweds to keep track of everything the next day.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on this site. Follow the RSVP page link on the website and submit your meal preference there. Remember to use your full name to access the RSVP page, and let the couple know if you run into any issues. RSVPs are due no later than August 23rd.
