FAMILY PHOTO SESSION (Reminder - Attending Family)

Family should plan on wearing all BLACK attire (floor length formal gowns or cocktail dresses for women, suits with a vest and tie for men). Wedding colors are black, cream, shimmering neutrals and blush (romantic style decor).
Hair & Makeup touch ups available for women (first come first serve starting at 2p, a schedule for full hair/makeup ladies will be sent). 2:30p - 2:50p - Hartman/Sothen Family* *If you are Amber Leigh's family - Parents, Siblings, Grand Parents, Aunt's/Uncles, Cousins and/or Nieces/Nephews. Please be photo ready by 2:20p. 2:50p - 3:10p - Parents of Hartman/Martinson Family* *Dwight Hartman, Bill Sothen, Lynn & Steve Warren, LaDonna & Robert Martinson 3:10p - 3:30p - Martinson/Warren Family* *If you are Jason's family - Parents, Siblings, Grand Parents, Aunt's/Uncles, Cousins and/or Nieces/Nephews. There are two venues located at this site, The Lodge and The Ranch. Our wedding will be held at The Lodge. Upon entering the property, take the road on the right to the property on the hill in the far right corner. Parking is located in front of the venue. Warning: Cell phone service may be limited in this area.

An outdoor, short ceremony will take place promptly at 5pm (arrive at 4:45p to for seating). January temperatures may be warm or cold in Texas, please check the weather closer to the date and prepare accordingly.
