What time is the wedding and when should I get there?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Seating will begin at 5:30 pm, so please arrive with time to spare.

How is parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking directly behind our venue. There will be signage directing where you will need to park!

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire will be cocktail! Gentlemen, grab your dress pants and a button up and add a tie if you’d like. Ladies, a nice dress or jumpsuit is perfect. Whatever you do, don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you’ve received a plus one with your invitation, then of course. If you haven’t and you’ve got a new special person in your life you’d like to dance the night away with, then please contact us so we can try our best to accommodate them!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Just make sure you include them on your RSVP.

Do I have to RSVP even if I am unable to attend?

Answer

We wish you could make it and are sure our big day won’t be the same without you! We please ask that you still RSVP, even if the answer is unfortunately a no.

Can I take and share photos or videos at your wedding?

Answer

We’d like to see all of your beautiful faces and for you to witness our love without the distraction of devices during our ceremony! We ask that you please keep all cell phones and cameras turned off or put away during the ceremony portion of the event. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture all of our special moments and we promise to share them with you! During the reception, feel free to take all of the photos and videos you would like as long as you don’t get in the way of the professional during moments such as the first dance and parent dances. If there are any photos or videos you’d like to share, please remember to use the hashtag #SoonToBeSands on all socials so we can find them once the day is over!

Will there be food served?

Answer

During cocktail hour, there will be assorted enjoy while you mingle and find your drink! We will also have dinner served. We will be serving red meat as the main course, so if you do not wish to eat that, please make a note of that on your invitation or let me know!
