Buses to the Wedding

July 24, 2021 2:30 pm - 12:00 am

We want everyone to have a good time and be safe. That means we don't want people drinking and driving. We will have a bus (school buses!) leaving from the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place between 2:20pm-2:30pm on Saturday, July 24. It's ~30 minute ride to Rich Farms from there. We have return buses scheduled for 9:00pm, 10:30pm, and midnight to return from Rich Farms to the hotel.

Flight

Airports

Pittsburgh International Airport is located about 1.2 hours from Morgantown and 1.5 hours from the venue. It is a large airport with flights from all over the country. While Morgantown does have an airport, the flights to/from it are limited (usually to/from Washington, DC). Washington, DC and Baltimore also have large airports, but are located about 3.5 hours driving from the wedding site and Morgantown. However, if you want to make this a trip to explore the East Coast, they're certainly options.

Driving to the Venue

Driving from Morgantown: Take I-68 E to Exit 10 for "43 N/Cheat Lake/Uniontown, PA". Continue on WV-43 N to Exit 2 to "119/Point Marion". After the exit, make a right onto Gans Rd. and then a left onto PA-857 N. Driving from Pittsburgh (some tolls): Take I-376 E and PA-43 S. We recommend using Google maps.

Rental Car

Rental Cars

Rental car agencies are very conveniently located in the Pittsburgh airport, and cars can be picked up across the street (~2 min walk). From Pittsburgh, you can drive around north central West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania area easily. You can easily book a rental car through Priceline or Oribitz setting the location as Pittsburgh International Airport. Rental Cars are expensive right now so we strongly recommend carpooling!
