Please arrive to the wedding venue by 4:30pm. The wedding venue will not let those who are not at the ceremony location in after 4:45pm.
The wedding ceremony & reception will be located at The Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens at Beverly Mansion in Fallbrook, CA on August 3, 2024. The wedding ceremony will start at 5pm and the reception will end promptly at 11pm.
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Due to the event location and venue setup, the only children attending will be of the immediate family of the Bride or Groom. The Grand Tradition has a lake in back that is unsupervised.
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dress shirts with slacks.
The wedding venue is a 40 minute drive from Carlsbad. Complementary charter bus transportation is available to and from the wedding venue. Pick up and drop off will only be available from The Westin Resort & Spa or The Holiday Inn. Please RSVP for Charter Services

Please visit the "Travel" section of our website for details and to book your hotel accommodations. We have reserved two hotel blocks that you may choose from. The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa - The wedding block will be good for Friday August 2nd & Saturday August 3rd. Holiday Inn Express & Suites - This wedding block option will be available for Thursday, August 1st through Sunday, August 4th. Please call the hotel at (760)448-4747 to make reservations
