Margarita Factory, followed by an escape room — because why not test compatibility under pressure? By the end of the night, they both knew: this was it. Almost immediately, they bonded over a shared dream: visiting Japan. Within the first month of dating, they were already talking about it. Six months in, they started planning, and in May 2025, their trip became unforgettable — because John proposed, and Amber said yes. Since then, they’ve shared countless adventures, debates, and spontaneous trips. They discovered they’d both lived in the Bay Area at different times — somehow never crossing paths — until the universe (and Hinge) finally got it right. Together, they share a love for coaching, competition, teamwork, and pushing each other to be their best. In the next couple of years, they plan to move to Northern California to be closer to family and start the next big chapter of their story.
