Will the ceremony and reception be outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is planned to be held outside, however, if it rains we do have the option to move the ceremony indoors. The reception will be held inside.

Can we bring children?

Answer

Due to venue space, we have made the difficult decision to have an adult only wedding. Children who are involved in the wedding ceremony will be leaving the venue after they eat dinner.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be provided but please be generous to the bartenders.

Will There Be Transportation From the Hotel to the Venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available to transport you from the Best Western to the Hummingbird Chateau at 3:15pm & 3:30pm the day of the wedding and making return trips at 9:30pm & 10:00pm.
