Is there transportation to and from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Transportation to and from the resort is included in the price of the hotel. Make sure to check the "$42" one in the Google Doc. This is already included in the room quote, but our TA wanted you to see the breakdown. Our travel agent will arrange transportation for you. Just let her know your flight schedule.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have rehearsal dinner the night before around 6:30. If you fly in Friday, please be sure you have an early enough flight.

How long can we stay? Can we make this a week vacation if we want?

Answer

Yes! Our travel agent has blocked the dates of December 10th, 2026 -December 17, 2026. You may stay as long as you want.

Do I need to book my own flight?

Answer

Our travel agent can help you with booking your flight. However, we think its easiest to book your own to use your own miles, etc. Also, see comment on the travel page around passports. Your passport cannot expire within 6 months of travel date otherwise you may not be let in the country.
