Maid of Honor
Apparently this is literally the only photo Lexi and I have ever taken together. Which actually works out because this was our trip down to Tallahassee in June 2022. (My family moved down to FL in July 2022) She went along with and helped me plan a "girls trip before I move away". EVERYONE knew it was just to see Jake because I couldn't wait another month. Taking one last girls trip and going to the state I'm moving to, to the city the guy I met online playing video games lives in. Not a hard puzzle to solve. So Lexi, thank you for bringing out some wild side in me, helping me get to see my guy (you get partial credit for this wedding even happening), for the late nights spent up talking about the wildest things, the mornings I called out of work after staying the night with you, the long drives, and the amazing support no matter what I was facing, and always being there when I call to talk to you about the most random things since I moved and miss our late night talks. And especially, for being an incredible maid of honor and holding my hand every step of the way. I couldn't have done this without you.

This is not a competition of who's known me the longest, as I love y'all equally. BUT if there hypothetically was, Hayley, you got it. Hayley's stuck around me since her and I were in highschool sophomore? year. I don't know if that says more about her or me, her for sticking around, or me for managing to keep her around. Hayley, you and I have always had a wild friendship. From going from just being in the same class to attached at the hip, because we chose to turn a classmate in for inviting a grown man from the internet to our school. (Ironic I'm marrying a man I met on the internet) You and I have grown up together, and beat the odds of highschool friendships not lasting. You and I can go weeks without speaking than one or the other will facetime and pick up where we left off without missing a beat. We'll spend two hours catching up on the phone, profess our undying love and how much we miss each other, and then not speak for weeks again. Although we have a snap streak lasting over a year which I am quite proud of.

Sydney, you were an unexpected friend. As you know, Shannon and I got close first, and you were just her little sister. Then all of a sudden it was the three of us all the time. And you became a very important person in my life. Sydney, you absolutely amaze me all the time. You are incredibly determined and strong, no matter what you're facing. You have been the star to my moon for many years now. I will forever cherish the nights spent running to sheetz, or late morning (or early afternoon) runs to dunkin, the saddle club and all it's drama, all the hours spent in the saddle together, growing up together, calling each other crying and stressed out over being an adult. Communicating only through snap chat (over a year streak strong with you too bb) and only texting when its serious, and sending each other a million tiktoks, especially when we send each other the same ones without realizing, and ALWAYS telling each other "you're doing great, I love you, you got this." When we definitely were not doing great, and definitely did not have anything, the I love you was always true though. Even though real life is hard, we do got this, and I can't wait to see where we are a few years from now.

Amber, you were my first real friend down here in Florida. I am so incredibly grateful to have met you. I have also had a hard time making friends in new places, and you just showed up in my life one day and stayed. You've been present for some of the biggest changes in my life. The move, getting engaged, moving out of my parents house, and now my wedding day. You and I from day 1 have been extremely similar (down to our names) and I am beyond words grateful for having you. Even though we don't have as much time together, we still have some pretty great memories in that short time. Late nights hanging out at the house, chilling in the hot tub, the night you unexpectedly stayed on our couch after we all went crazy over a conspiracy theory for hours, phone calls anytime anything happens to one of us, and sitting in a car together talking about everything and nothing at the same time. And lastly, being there when I picked out my wedding dress. Thank you for being my friend in a new area and helping me settle in, I can't wait to make more memories with you. (Such as taking this picture specifically for this website bc we hadn't taken any together yet)
