What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear a dress that is mid-calf or longer (midi, tea, ankle or floor length) or pantsuit. No white or ivory, please. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Gowns and tuxedos are welcome as well.

Are infants and children welcome?
Answer
This will be an adults-only event, with the exception of teenagers who are close family. Due to venue capacity limits and the style of the event, we are unable to accommodate guests not listed on your invitation. While we understand this may mean you’re unable to attend, we hope you can arrange for childcare and celebrate with us on our special day!

Can I bring a date?

No, only guests named on the invitation are able to be accommodated.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is scheduled to start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to be seated. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is no on-site parking at the venue. However, most downtown hotels are within easy walking distance. Alternatively, there is a nearby parking lot located at 97 Fountain Street, Providence, RI 02903. Rates are $5 after 4:00 PM and $8 before 4:00 PM.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Our venue and caterer are very strict with guest counts, so in order to accommodate everyone, please RSVP by Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Unfortunately, if we receive your RSVP after this date, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate you.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry, we’ll have a professional photographer capturing it all! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during the reception. We can’t wait to see the memories you capture!
