We ask for all guests to stay at Hilton Vallarta Riviera, where all wedding events will take place! To make things easy, we’ve reserved a discounted room block so we can celebrate together all weekend long. If you need to stay somewhere else, please contact Amber or Devin. Please note: - No transportation will be provided for guests staying elsewhere. - Only Hilton guests will have access to events outside the ceremony & reception. Per hotel policy, outside guests cannot visit for other events or gatherings.
Yes! If you are interested in a higher category room or in extending your stay before or after the official dates, please email weddings.vallartariviera@hilton.com with your confirmation code after making your reservation– room block rates apply to additional dates! If you need to stay fewer nights, please reach out to us and we will help you.
We kindly ask that you wear Beachy Cocktail Attire. Ladies: Mini/ Midi/ Maxi dresses. Men: Pants (linen, slacks), long or short sleeve shirt. Suits / jackets optional. Please NO shorts!! Feel free to text one of us if you have questions or concerns.
Unless specifically indicated on your invitation, we’ve decided to keep the ceremony and reception adults-only. However, if you’d like to bring your kids along for the trip, they are welcome to join!! There is a kids club, pool, and family lounge at the resort.
Do NOT drink the tap water!! There will be water bottles in your room and can be requested throughout the hotel. Those with extra sensitive stomachs should not use tap water to brush their teeth. All water and ice served throughout the hotel is filtered (yes, blended drinks and drinks over ice are safe!).
No! USD is accepted everywhere and credit cards are also accepted. The resort is all-inclusive but we do recommend bringing some cash for taxis. Small dinner tips are nice but not required.
