4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The ceremony will be outdoors, but the cocktail hour and reception will be inside. The attire is semi-formal to formal. Ladies, trousers are acceptable, and any dresses or skirts should be midi to maxi in length; no cocktail mini dresses please. Gentlemen, slacks and a dress shirt will work; you may chose to wear a full suit if you would like. Tonight is the night to look good!
The venue opens to guests at 3 pm, and the party will be over at 10 pm. If you stay later than the bride and groom, you may be subject to assisting in cleanup; this is not up to the bride or groom at this point in the evening. Any and all help with clean up is appreciated. :)
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
You may begin arriving to the venue as early as 3 pm, but please arrive no later than 3:45 pm, as the ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 pm.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Yes, this hour may be longer than 60 minutes. This is opportune time to grab a drink and explore the venue, be sure to admire all the beautiful work put in by the wedding decorating team. During this time photos will be taken outdoors, indoors, and in between; so please be considerate of the photographer. If you want photos taken with the Mr. and Mrs., there will be a point during the cocktail hour for group and individual photos to be taken. The couple and the photographer are in talks about the most organized way to get a photo with everyone in attendance; as individuals, small groups, and large groups.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception will begin with dinner, catered by Woodpeckers BBQ. After dinner, dancing will begin approximately 7pm. This is when the party really begins so get ready to have a good time!
