We’re married and finally having a wedding to celebrate!

“Our first date was at the Panda Express on campus at UNF. I remember texting my mom and sister saying I was nervous because I actually like this guy. We hugged goodbye after and I immediately knew I wanted him to stick around a while. Here we are almost five years later.” -Amber

Amber got Dallas, their now almost 5 year old cattle dog, not telling a single person in her family; but Delonce was there. With the two not even dating yet, and him "not liking dogs", Amber didn't want to take the three and a half hour drive to pick up the puppy alone, so Delonce went with her. So on November 16, 2018, they drove in Amber's Explorer all the way to Citra, Fl on back roads for a Craigslist puppy she was adopting. Delonce saved sweet Dallas from being named Gunner. After some time, Delonce grew to like Dallas, and wanted to get their second dog, or "his dog", because Dallas is a Mama's boy. After searching for months, they found a chocolate lab puppy, in Davenport, Fl. So on July 11, 2022 the pair made another long drive to pick up their new baby, Kelce. Dallas loves being a big brother, Delonce is officially a dog person, and Amber still wants more dogs; but nonetheless the house is now full of dog toys and lots of love.
