Accommodations

Saugatuck is a popular summer destination in July so we strongly suggest booking accommodations sooner than later to avoid running out of more desirable/affordable options. As stated in the FAQ page, the neighboring towns of Douglas and Fenville are convenient alternatives to staying in Saugatuck. While slightly farther, Holland is another option to consider when looking for accommodations.

Note For Out-Of-Town Guests Who Plan on Attending the Party on Saturday

The party on Saturday is located at the Pirbhai family home in Kalamazoo, MI (about 50 minutes from Saugatuck). We recommend you do one of two things: Option A: Stay in Saugatuck through Friday night. Book a hotel in Kalamazoo for Saturday night (see bottom of FAQ page for hotel options). Fly home from AZO or GRR on Sunday. Option B: Stay in Saugatuck through Thursday night, enjoy the day there on Friday, head to Kalamazoo Friday evening. Book a hotel in Kalamazoo for both Friday and Saturday night (see bottom of FAQ page for hotel options). Fly home from AZO or GRR on Sunday.

This is the largest airport in the area and is approximately 45 minutes from the venue.

Kalamazoo / Battle Creek International Airport

This is a smaller airport located in Kalamazoo. This airport is approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes to the venue and 15 minutes from the Pirbhai family's home in Kalamazoo. If you are staying in town for the pool party on Saturday (at the Pirbhai family home) this would be the most convenient option for getting home. That being said, since this is a smaller airport compared to Gerald R. Ford in Grand Rapids, flights are often more expensive.
